Employment Barrier Reduction Program assists customers that have an active case with the Illinois Department of Human Services receiving SNAP, Medicaid, or TANF benefits with direct client assitance to prevent barriers that could affect a persons ability to maintain or gain employment 73 applications

Local Support was donated funds used to assist one customer with their utilities to help them gain their own independence from an abusive situation
