Mission

To create an innovative resource center that is dedicated to developing the leadership skills of progressive educators and to support a community of these educators to affect progressive change in new york city's public schools. This will be accomplished by strengthening the capacity of teachers who are committed to incorporating themes of social justice into their curriculum and by engaging youth and the communities in which they live, in civic projects that address larger social justice issues.
