The corporation shall be operated exclusively for scientific, literary, educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (or the comparable provision of any future federal internal revenue law) for the expansion and support the sport of lacrosse in colorado.
