Team Gilboa Ski Club Of Minnesota

Community Impact: - Hosted 4 Junior Race competitions for athletes ages 6-14 from throughout the Twin Cities area. - Collaborated with local ski areas to promote affordable access to the sport, introducing skiing to students from Ann Bancroft Elementary free of charge.

Leadership & Education:- Provided leadership and coaching opportunities for college age and young professional coaches, many of whom went on to earn national coaching certifications.- Incorporated lessons on sportsmanship, mental training and resiliancy, and nutrition, reinforcing skiing as a lifelong, healthy pursuit.
