The organization provides confidential holistic case management, mental health, and recovery support services to ryan white consumers and their families though-out bergen, essex, and passaic counties. The program is available to individuals who do not have the health coverage or the financial resources for coping with hiv, the disease. The organiazation provided services to over 100 clients.

The organization provides stable, recovery-focused housing that fosters personal growth, independence, and successful reintegration into the community using grants provided by the state of nj. Team management acquired and renovated a recovery house in essex county. Once completed, the updated living space will accommodate individuals in a safe, supportive environment designed for long-term residency of 18 to 24 months.

The organization provides other programs including holistic faith-based re-entry program benefiting incarcerated populations, ex-offenders, and their families. Currently servicing : northern state prison, bergen county jail, passaic county jail, and fenwick house for women.
