Serving the courageous living with pulmonary hypertension through support, programs, education and research since 2012. We fund medical research and implement programming focused on removing patients from isolation, providing hope, and addressing and alleviating their unmet needs through financial support.

Established experts, thought leaders, young investigators, and healthcare providers committed to advancing clinical science and care in the field of pulmonary hypertension attend and are offered the opportunity to share original research.

Patients are matched based on the type of ph, age, gender, and other factors that may foster a beneficial connection and ease of communication. Peer volunteers are trained in basic counseling skills, are regularly updated about tph and community resources, and are committed to confidentiality.
