Team Red White & Blue Inc

Team rwb's ground operations program centers on consistent, local, in-person opportunities for veterans to connect, serve, and stay active. In 2024, team rwb chapters and members hosted nearly 17,000 events nationwide. Activities ranged from service opportunities and fitness meetups to monthly mission events, designed to honor military history and inspire community through shared physical challenge. The program also included eagle expeditions immersive, multi-day experiences designed to strengthen resilience and camaraderie. Ground operations plays a critical role in reducing isolation and fostering a healthy lifestyle among veterans across the country.

The health and wellness scholarship fund equips veterans and service members with the credentials and support they need to turn their passion for fitness into impact. In 2024, dozens of team rwb members earned certifications such as certified personal trainer that qualified them to lead both in-person and virtual events. These scholarships not only advanced individual careers in health and wellness but also deepened team rwb's bench of trained volunteer leaders. This program strengthens the overall veteran community by investing in the professional growth of those who give back through service and leadership.
