The Corporation is organized exclusively to raise awareness of the issues and needs faced by veterans and military service members in acclimating back to society following their military service, as well as other disabled individuals who have sufferred a physical or mental traumatic event in their lives. In order to facilitate the mission, the Corporation organizes and prepares teams of adaptive athlethes across the United States to compete in various athletic and sporting events in order to inspire confidence, independence and purpose among the participants. The Corporation provides funding, training, education, and expertise to adaptive athletes to prepare them for high level competitions.
