the association also provides its members with education and training opportunities in areas relating to the manufacturing industry. the association provides needs assessment and program development consultations, seminars and courses, apprentice training related theory instructions, school of design classes, computer labs, hands-on the association also hosts a number of events that provide the members with press room training, sales training and consulting, workplace training and national institute for metalworking skills assessments. other programs include publication of the tma bulletin which provides members with insight on tma and industry developments.
the association also hosts a number of events that provide members with educational, training, marketing and networking opportunities to increase skills and further their knowledge of the industry. the association also holds its annual meeting which provides members with a forum for discussion of latest developments and industry issues.
