Advancing Digital Inclusion in Greater Philadelphia: To strengthen Greater Philadelphias digital equity community through capacity building, professional development, collaboration, and advocacy. Through this work, TLC aims ultimately to increase the number of individuals and families in Greater Philadelphia who are fully equipped with internet access, a device and digital skills.
Digital Navigators: Provide capacity building and professional development support to the 8 organizations in the Southeastern Pennsylvania Digital Navigator Network, to ensure the organizations are effective in assisting individuals and households with finding and obtaining low-cost internet, getting a free or affordable device, connecting to digital skills classes, and basic tech support.
