Stem mentor program - a statewide effort to match science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (stem) professionals to serve in the role as a mentor, volunteer, or coach with underrepresented student populations engaging in high impact stem programs. During the 24-25 school year, 43 stem professionals assisted in the role of a mentor, volunteer or coach and served approximately 900 students at 35 classrooms throughout indiana.

Expenses: $2K

Xplore - tpf4y's xplore program helps high school students "explore" stem academic and career pathways through micro-internships and real-world stem experiences. During an immersive two-week summer program, tpf4y pairs students with four different indianapolis stem companies to highlight different stem careers. The program focuses on students who are underrepresented in stem careers today. In the summer of 2025, the program served 18 juniors and seniors and included mico-internships in engineering, manufacturing and automation, computer science, and entrepreneurship.

Expenses: $22K
