The Corporation is formed for any or all of the following purposes:A. The carrying out of scientific research and research projects in the public interest in the fields of medical sciences, medical economics, public health, sociology, and related areas;B. The improving and developing of the abilities of individuals and institutions studying, teaching and practicing medicine;C.The delivery of health care to the public;D. The engagement in contracting with entities for the benefit of population health, providers of care, and communities;E. Other activities useful or appropriate to the accomplishment of the foregoing purpose.
