This organization is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 502 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions of organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: A charitable organization with planned activities for educational and charitable purposes serving Guadalupe, Comal, Wilson and Gonzales counties.
