The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 75 unit project known as telacu senior court located in the city of baldwin park, california, which provides housing for low-income and very low-income elderly persons. The corporation receives housing assistance payments from the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 202 of the national housing act, as amended.
