The After School Patrol is a community-facilitated violence prevention intervention CVI youth diversion and public safety initiative in Baltimore City that applies a Street Outreach approach.
The Communuty Clean Up Every Sunday organizers engage with community members by giving out FREE clothes food and resources that they may need. Together organizers and community members clean the neighborhood mediate conflict and network with everyone who comes out. We have served over 500 families and individuals through the Community Clean Up.
