Tender Hearts Ministries had the following assistances for 2024: Total Charity Tracker assistances:7,788 Total Client Count: 2,190 (Female 1,652/Male 538) 9 month House of Hope Homeless Shelter: 36 total clients 24 month transitional housing program: 10 clients Provided transportation vehicles to 30 individuals (either cars, mopeds, or bicycles) Fire Victims: 22 individuals Food pantry: 295 families with 1,326 assistances Homebound Senior Citizens Monthly Food Delivery: 85 homes delivered to 101 clients Baby needs: 262 babies received diapers, wipes, formula, and/or baby food Community Baby Shower had 31 Mothers in attendance receiving free diapers, wipes, diaper bag and access the other local infant care resources Canned Food given out: 19,545 pounds Young Ladies received dresses, shoes, purses, etc for their High School Proms: 74 Christmas Outreach: children were provided with Christmas toys, clothes and stocking stuffers: Total 744 ( In York County 545/ In Chester County 198) Christ

Outreach: Tender Hearts Community Outreach Monthly Program: Provides food and clothing to homebound senior citizens and clients in our homeless program. Baby Needs Weekly Program: Provides baby diapers, wipes, food, and formula to clients who have children under the age of 2 years old, Thanksgiving meals, and toys to those in need of assistance at Christmas in York and Chester Counties Annually. Special Events: National Night Out with Police Department - giving away book bags stuffed with school tools; Cinderella's Closet - providing prom attire which includes dresses, make-up, toiletries, shoes, jewelry, and handbags; Semi-Annual Partners Breakfast - where we distribute gift cards to other non-profits for their clients to use (last year we disbursed $100,000); Annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet to honor those who give of their time and talents.

HOH/Transitional Housing: *Tender Hearts House of Hope 9 month "Back to Work" Program for women and their children, single women, and single men (this program is designed to provide shelter, food, transportation, counseling, education, access to medical and mental health facilities and job training to empower clients to get off the welfare system and thrive in today's economic environment). *Tender Hearts 24 Month "Transitional Housing" Program (This program is designed to continue mentoring the clients from living in a shelter environment to living independently while continuing to teach them how to budget their finances). Both of these programs combined allow clients 2 years and 9 months to gain the necessary skills needed to NEVER return to homelessness!
