A major project that recieved great attention and advancement is our effort to build the rise up center, a workforce development center, community gather space and administrative office hub. Since january 1, 2023 tending the soil mn and our project partners have defined the scope of the rise up center building use, governance structure and entered a purchase agreement to acquire the former ywca uptown at, 2808 hennepin ave in minneapolis.

Through 2023, tending the soil trained and fostered leadership development among staff and members at our five aligment organizations.
