Housing venture lab - the housing venture lab is an accelerator that provides wraparound support for entrepreneurs with new, bold ideas to make housing more equitable, accessible, and sustainable.

Builders lab - this program supports innovative strategies in construction that align with terner labs mission. In its pilot year, it consists of an incubator program similar to the housing venture lab, but focused on construction and design innovations, and inclusive of education and knowledge sharing activities for the private sector in government related to lowering housing costs and increasing construction productivity.
