Senior Citizen Housing: The senior citizen independent-living housing program is operated through the TERRIFIC Inn #1 project. The Inn provides housing for 14 low income adults. The United States Department of Housing (HUD) financed the purchase of the building and provides tenant rent subsidies. Tenant pays income based contributions for their rent.

HIV Non Medical case managment and HIV housing counseling program. TERRIFIC Inc. provides HIV non medical case servicesand HIV housing counseling programs to District residents living with HIV/AIDS. Services ensure quality care and healthy living for persons living with HIV and decreases HIV transmission and infection. Funding is provided through the District of Department of Health-HIV/AIDS, Hepatitus, STD, Tuberculosis administration (HAHSTA).
