Texas Aggie Rodeo Incorporated

The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes, including, but not limited to, (i) to fund and support the texas a&m university rodeo club, (ii) to fund and support scholarships for members of the texas a&m university rodeo team, (iii) to support and promote the texas a&m university rodeo team and its participation in the sport of college rodeo through the national intercollegiate rodeo association, (iv) to support the completion of a four year university degree by any member of the texas a&m university rodeo club or the texas a&m university rodeo team and (v) to conduct other activities, not in contravention of the laws of the state of texas, necessary or appropriate to carry out the foregoing purposes.
