Texas Association Of Black City Council Members Inc

The primary purpose is to assist in the empowerment of black local elected officials and their constituencies. The association will carry out its purpose by facilitating opportunities for education, sharing ideas and knowledge, and advocating the economic betterment of the communities where its members serve.
