Thi's convening efforts bring together leaders and organizations to foster shared learning and coordinated action. Nationally, thi convened the cdc covid-19 health disparities grant recipients' national conference and the communities joined in action national conference. At the state and regional level, thi serves as the backbone and administrative home for the mountain states regional genetics network and as a convening partner for the texas accountable communities for health initiativeadvancing equitable, sustainable models of care through collaboration and systems alignment.

The texas primary care consortium (tpcc) is a statewide collaborative led by the texas medical home initiative and texas health institute with a mission to advance equitable, comprehensive, and sustainable primary care for all texans. With leadership from our steering committee and support from our partners, tpcc is working to address the systemic issues of health care inequities, high costs, and lack of access. Texas primary care consortium leads with the framework to:1) educate: expand our knowledge base by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and replicable tools.2) activate: facilitate opportunities to build and strengthen lasting partnerships for shared and sustainable impact.3) transform: create spaces for dialogue and action to generate a shift.

Thi's health integration and emerging projects focused on systems-level work address public health and healthcare challenges. Thi led a chw empowerment initiative, empowering community health professionals and building on their strengths to increase their capacity to serve communities while creating sustainable income pathways. Additionally, thi advanced oral health as an integrated part of overall health and produced a statewide report on community-led oral health.
