Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association Inc

The association provides legislative advocacy and represents the interests of independent automobile dealers at the texas legislature as well as other relevant state enforcement agencies such as department of motor vehicles, office of consumer credit commission, county tax offices.

The organization acts as a liaison with the national independent automobile dealers association

The dissemination of information and education is done through a monthly magazine "texas dealer" as well as bi-weekly emails. This publication is used to keep members informed of current and pending legislation impact concerning their business as well as interpretations by the various enforcement agencies within the state of texas. The association provides online and in-person education courses to members and to non member auto dealers and holds one annual conference.
