Texas Lightning Youth Soccer

Sponsor fundraising activities through such venues as Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX. These activities provide the opportunity for family members to raise funds to help offset the cost of membership to Texas Lightning SC, LLC. These membership payments are included in taxable income for Texas Lightning SC, LLC, a for-profit LLC chartered in the State of Texas. Paid workers required to manage concession booths and coordinate volunteers are paid from a portion of the proceeds. These payments are reported on 1099-NEC by this organization at the end of each calendar year.
