The Longhorn Project, operated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, aims to provide hands-on educational experiences to inspire students in agriculture, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through this initiative, participants learn valuable skills in animal husbandry, aquaculture, and gardening, while also understanding the connections between these disciplines and human spaceflight.
