Texas Rice Council

To operate as a statewide vehicle for the support of the rice council for market development whose purpose is to promote, by adveristing, publicity, education and other legal means, the use of rice and rice products in the united states and the sale of united states rice in the world market and all other purposes and goals of the rice council which are primarily designed to improve business conditions within the rice industry.
