Texas Self Storage Association Inc

The organization publishes a magazine six times a year. The magazine is sent to all members and the facilities they operate. It features articles on various topics to educate members on the most pressing legal and operational issues in the industry. It also includes advertisements for industry vendors. All members (approximately 3,000) and many of their employees are served by this publication.

TSSA prints and sells the official TSSA lease agreement to members, which is also available as an electronic subscription. More than 80 other official forms are available as free downloads for members via the TSSA website. An estimated 2,100 or more of the owner and management company members use the official forms. Additionally, the organization prints and publishes a 400 page legal manual (goldbook) which is distributed to the membership free of charge.
