Mission
The texas stars foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated toenhancing the community through various forms of support including financialcontributions, gifts in kind and volunteerism. Formed in the summer of 2010, the texasstars foundation is the official charity of the texas stars hockey club. The foundationstrives to utilize texas stars players, families, staff, and ownership to enrich the greatercentral texas area including honoring military families, partnering in youth engagementprograms, and assisting those in need. The texas stars foundation has three pillars offocus for their giving, programs and partnerships: youth engagement, honoring militaryfamilies, and assisting those in need.

Honoring military families:a. Donated tickets: each season, the texas stars foundation donates tickets to local, active and retired military members.i. There is no expense associated as these are in-kind donations from our organization to other organizations and individuals.
0Assisting those in need:a. Grant program: each year, the texas stars host our annual grant application process in which we give back to organizations locally.i. This past year, over $135,000 was donated to 26 organizations within the austin, cedar park and leander areas
