Develop an indoor and outdoor marketplace to provide economic opportunity and jobs for the economically disadvantaged. Incubate businesses, providing them with resources and training to ensure they can thrive and are viable entities ready to stand on their own. During the fiscal year, the organization has been constructing the building to house the marketplace.
