The Angels Foster Family Agency

Angels recruits, trains, and approves the most highly qualified individuals and families to become resource (foster) parents, ensuring that infants and toddlers entering foster care are placed in safe, stable, and loving homes. Some of these children qualify to be placed with us under the intensive services foster care (isfc) rate, which requires extra training for our resource families and is considered a separate program under our license agreement with the state of california. In 2024, 2 additional children were transferred to the isfc program with a total of 5 children being discharged during the year. A total of 7 out of our approved 86 families had children in their care under this program.
