The Appleton Cultural Center Inc

The corporation is operated exclusively as a sponsoring organization under 265.603, fla. Stat. (2006) and a direct support organization organized under 1004.70, fla. Stat. (2006). As such, the corporation is organized and operated by the district board of trustees of the college of central florida. The corporation receives, holds, invests and administers property, makes expenditures, and conducts, creates, produces or sponsors cultural exhibits, performances or events for the benefit of the appleton museum of art, such purposes being also within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 as subsequently amended.
