Arc will work towards securing, consistent care with the individual's needs, maximum personal independence, choices, inclusion, equal rights, and adequate support which are all necessary to guarantee a real quality of life to individuals with intellectual disability.the arc will provide leadership in the field of intellectual disability and develop the necessary human and financial resources to attain its goal.
