Advocacy - focus on regulatory and legislative issues which affect or could affect a large number of its member schools. Advocacy efforts include: formation of strategic responses to public regulation with other organizations; research and analysis of proposed public initiatives; contact with public officals, either regarding specific concerns or to inform them of the contributions and concerns of member schools.
