To serve as an educator of its members and the public by organizing and providing seminars, lectures, conventions, and publications concerning forfaiting, and generally, international trade finance.2. To provide advice and counsel to parties interested in forfaiting and international trade finance. 3. To promote communication and cooperation among various forfait and international trade finance organizations.
