To educate the Baltimore community in American foreign policy through live in-person and Zoom presentations, local cable tv stations, and YouTube.

Cable TV/Social Media Outreach: The Council's cable tv network, covering Baltimore City, most of Maryland and parts of southern Pennsylvania. It has a potential viewership of 3.2 million households. Several Council programs have been shared nationwide by C-Span. In addition, Council programs can be viewed on our YouTube site.
Regional Academic WorldQuest Competition (Planning Stage): This competition encourages high school students and teachers to foster a mindset of global awareness and involvement. Participating high schools compete for the top honor: the chance to represent their communities at the National Academic WorldQuest Competition in Washington, DC. This program is the first to be presented by BCFA. The first competition will be held in April 2025.
