Community innovations grants program: our goal is to invest in innovative programs and initiatives that empower individuals with disabilities, bridge gaps in existing programs, and provide solutions to issues faced by the disabilities community.

Up employment initiative: the up employment initiative is a unique program of the barbara stone foundation that provides direct employment support services (including pre-employment support, job coaching, and a year-long professional development class) for individuals with disabilities desiring employment. Up prioritizes competitive employment and advancing, and it aimed at developing a world class workforce initiative for the inclusive employment of people with disabilities.
