Short-term shelter, health and social services for homeless adults who are recovering from illness and injury.

Programs

Housing partnering with the city of chicago and all chicago, we help 155 homeless individuals and their families annually to secure housing through rapid re-housing and the expedited housing initiative. Our health and housing outreach team provides a continuum of care through home visits, counseling and support for individuals placed in independent housing. This includes serving residents of the lake street studios, a collaborative housing facility of the interfaith development corporation, and the chicago housing authority.
