The Burkitt Foundation

To receive and administer property acquired by gift, grant, purchase or otherwise to primarily foster and promote the interests of catholic educational organizations, primarily in the state of texas and in the southwestern united states. The goal is to make annual grants in the following amounts: sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) made to catholic educational organizations and thirty three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) made to support organizations for charitable purposes.
