The mission of the cape and islands veterans outreach center is to provide veterans and their families with a comprehensive menu of the essential, life-altering and life-sustaining services that empower them to achieve a lasting reintegration into the families and communities for which they have sacrificed. Services seek to address homeliness, food insecurity, transportation to critical medical appointments and referral to supportive services as needed.
