The Cary Foundation Inc

Cary foundation inc is organized exclusively to promote a charitable purpose, and no part of its assets, net earnings, or profits shall inure to the benefit of or benefit of or pecuniary or financial gain of any director, officer or employee, but this provision shall not be deemed to prohibit the payment of reasonable compensation to such persons for services actually rendered to carry out the exempt purposes of the corporation.
