Mission

The Catamounts create audacious contemporary theatre empowering arts education programs and singular community events. A not-for-profit organization we believe in the necessity of new work the power of collaborative creation the constant innovation of artistic forms and in the role performance plays in enriching and inspiring our communities and our lives.

Programs

We conducted several educational programs: an arts educational residency at a local elementary school serving 45 young artists and 190 audience members from their community; a summer camp for 13 young artists and 24 audience members from their community; and an immersive theatre workshop for 27 professionals with Culture House Immersive an immersive theatre studio based in Los Angeles. We served a total of 299 individuals with these programs.
