Capaw is organized to develop and implement leadership programs that prepare, motivate and empower asian pacific women to increase the number and improve the quality of asian pacific american leadership in america.

Unleash the shero in you this program was created for women of color who have been working professionally for five years or less. Our goals are to: increase level of self-confidence and make conscious choices about her personal and professional life; make a positive social impact around racism as a collective cohort; influence other women of color for a better chance at success - as defined by the individual; and learn about relationship mastery and how that is important to the career fulcrum.
Women of color conference: capaw co-hosted the conference with weop.org we want to create opportunities to learn, connect and act to create a hopeful future. During the conference, participants had the opportunity to get connected, learn from each other, and share what they know to help others.
