The purpose for which the corporation is formed shall be educational, literary, scientific, and charitable purpose both directly and indirectly and more particularly:a. Promote, sponsor, and conduct research in the field of community-based care.b. Conduct and sponsor programs for training of community-based care personnel and education of the public and other health care providers about community-based health care services.c. Assist and sponsor individuals pursuing education and training in the provision of community-based healthcare services.d. Conduct and sponsor programs to ensure quality of care of community-based health care services.e. Encourage the exchange of information related to the field of community-based health care, and to publish and disseminate such information.
