Integrity center: the ui integrity center supports the development, implementation, and promotion of innovative ui program integrity strategies and tools to prevent and reduce improper payments and fraud in the state and federal ui programs.

Meetings and operations: this program area includes the library which is a managed collection of resources and information on workforce development programs and topics, including (ui) integrity. Additionally, the learning team develops and delivers on-line and virtual instructor-led training curricula relevant to our members and the programs they administer.

Office of policy: naswa's office of policy provides technical assistance and support of various national policy committees and workgroups relevant to naswa's membership and the national workforce system.

Ui & workforce connectivity phase 1:purpose is to organize a national workgroup to develop a clear national vision and implementation plan to both electronically and programmatically to connect ui claimants to the state workforce system. Unemployment insurance and workforce system connectivity workgroup initiate a program to better connect unemployment insurance (ui) claimants with the larger publicly funded workforce system by developing a national vision for improving the ui and workforce systems.
