Contract with iowa vocational rehabilitation services (ivrs) for their subminimum wage to competitive integrated employment (swtcie) grant project iowa blueprint for change (ibc):to partner with ivrs on a disability innovation grant funded by the rehabilitation services administration. To transition or divert people currently in or considering subminimum wage work to instead pursue and achieve competitive integrated employment. To expand the ivrs network of vendors that have the knowledge and skills to provide quality customized employment services. To provide fidelity training and technical assistance, acre-approved customized employment training, onsite mentoring, offsite mentoring, and the development of in-state mentors.

Contract with virginia department for aging and rehabilitative servies (dars) for their subminimum wage to competitive integrated employment (swtcie) grant project epic:to provide customized employment training, mentoring, and technical assistance to participating employment service providers and to the epic leadership team. All customized employment (ce) services are designed to increase the capacity of esos throughout the state to deliver high fidelity and consistent ce services and to increase the number of employment seekers with disabilities who achieve meaningful, financially rewarding community integrated employment. Technical assistance to the epic leadership team is designed to support the development and implementation of cross-agency policies and processes required to create a foundation for sustainable ce following the completion of the grant. Additionally, gha partners with the san diego state university research foundation- interwork institute and utah state university to collect and analyze ce proficiency and fidelity data to identify and address barriers and opportunities with ce implementation and to grow the evidence-base around the ce proficiency model.
