To assist in meeting the training and employment needs of workers and employers in jasper, lake, laporte, newton, porter, pulaski, and starke counties in indiana.
Programs

Wioa youth:the youth program provided training to improve employment and increase educational and occupational skill attainment for entry into the workforce for 805 participants during the fiscal year.
Wioa dislocated worker:the dislocated worker program provided training to improve employment and increase the educational and occupational skills of 201 participants.
Adult education: the adult education program supports the acquisition of ged's, remediation, and skill development for 484 (cwi centers only); 1013 (fiscal agent cwi) participants to improve the opportunities for employment of customers.
Other programs:the center of workforce innovations, inc.'s other program services include integrated services, institute for career advancement, rapid response, business services,criminal re-entry, and other programs.
