Mission
The specific purpose of the corporation is to assist in low income people with community help, development, and services. Helping to produce productive families and individuals. To also encourage persons in training for jobs security, financial planning, housing, healthy living. We provide self-esteem building, communication skills, and parenting classes.
Programs

TCALs Stop The Hate (STH) program addressed racial bias and hate in the Antelope Valley through community education, bystander intervention training, and healing-centered outreach. Partnering with Cantrell Community Connections, TCAL offered trauma-informed workshops, public awareness campaigns, and culturally responsive engagement. The program reached over 500 residents via town halls, resource fairs, and social media, increasing awareness of hate-prevention resources and improving safety and inclusion for Black and African Heritage residents.
Helping residents of the Antelope Valley whom are in trouble of losing there homes, getting assistance in restoring Mortgage payments.
Feeding and clothing the homeless. Over 13,589 were homeless were fed. Also providing shelter for the homeless. Approximately 843 were provided shelter.
