The community development venture captial alliace (cdvca) is the network of the community devleopment venture captial industry. Cdvca promotes the availability and use of flexible equity risk capital to fuel businesses growth to create good jobs, productive wealth, and entrepreneurial capacity that advance the livelihoods of low-income people and the economies of distressed communities. Cdvca is the national network and field-building organization of the community development venture capital industry.
