The Equity Center exists to empower collaboratives that revive communities.

Workforce development - the mission is to conduct job training, counseling, and financial training that will provide economic and financial stability to individuals and families. The focus is to enalbe individuals to gain employment in living wage careers, as well as to assist with barrier removal. This program accomplished the following:- 165 clients received workforce development and job placement counseling- 208 participants in employment and workforce development programs- 92 participants placed in jobs
Food security - our focus is to provide food access to the most vulnerable from our location and to other locations considered to be a "food desert." 3028 individuals were served a week's worth of food, and 558 indivduals were qualified for culturally appropriate food, a monthly food distribution.
