To provide the frederick region with educational opportunities and experiences in the visual arts through classes, exhibits and programs.
Programs

Over 250 instructional programs for the public in a variety of arts media. Classes are for all ages and all skill levels. Scholarships and special opportunities are provided for senior citizens, adults with disabilities and economically disadvantaged children and adults, as well as other undeserved, at-risk, and marginalized populations.
